Exploring energy poverty at multiple scales: policies, research and on-the-ground action in Europe
In this session, we will:
- address the problem of energy poverty in Europe,
- provide policy context and showcase current vulnerable situation,
- we will also unfold its multiple dimensions, providing examples of policies and actions at the European scale,
- Mr. Gouveia would also like to give some focus to several relevant projects we have been developing in Portugal on this topic as good examples.
