Andrea Carosi works for Climate Alliance as Project Manager and Senior Expert for several EU funded projects and programme focusing on climate and energy issues, including the Covenant of Mayors Europe. He holds a Master Degree in City and Regional Planning from the University IUAV of Venice.

Andrea has worked both for the public, profit and no profit sector, focusing on different areas such as climate action, resilience, disaster risk reduction and transformation in cities and municipalities. He works on visions and action plans for the territories and cities of tomorrow, exploring new approaches to needs-based and public welfare-oriented urban and regional development, and helping local authorities advance their transformation pathways.
