How to get to the venue?
The location of the event is the Magnet Ház – address: 1062 Budapest, Andrássy út 98.
If you come by car, you can park in the surrounding streets – you will have to pay a parking fee. If you leave your car on the Andrássy út service road, there is no parking fee there. Nearby parking garage.
If you arrive by public transport, we recommend the M1 metro, get off at the Bajza utca stop, from where you can reach the building in a few minutes’ walk.

What do you need to know about the location?
It is a bank building (MagNet is the only one green bank in Hungary) that also functions as a community space. Although there will be areas reserved only for conference guests, the central hall, the cafe and the restaurant can be visited by anyone.

Look for the place a CEESEN molino on the street front of the fence, so you can easily recognize the location.
How does registration take place?
When you arrive, look for the “registration” control board, state your country and name and which organization you are representing at the registration desk.
Our colleagues will give you a name tag that can be hung around your neck – please wear it for the entire duration of the event. You will also receive the lunch tickets entitling you to the meal upon registration.

What will be the final program?
The program can be found on our website, you can access it here.
You will find a QR code on the name tag you received at the registration, which will direct you to a page summarizing the main information about the conference.
What will be for lunch?
As promised, all registred participants of the conference are our guests for a lunch.
During the registration you will get a dedicated (personalised) lunch voucher, the value of the voucher is going to be 6.000 Ft (six thousands HUF), which is approximately 16 €. Within this limit you can purchase any foods in the MagHáz Restaurant’s daily menu for free.
- One voucher can be validated only once, and after you leave the cashier you have no chance to use it again;
- the voucher is valid only in MagHáz Restaurant on a dedicated day;
- if you exceed the defined money limit the gap amount must be paid immediately by yourself on site (in cash (HUF) or by card);
- FYI: the cost of an average lunch (incl. soup/starter, main course and dessert) is about 4.500 – 5.500 Ft, so this limit will fully cover the accrue lunch expenses in 90% of the cases.

What if I arrive later?
The registration desk will be open all day – however, after 11:00 you will need to move to the Átrium room. If you arrive after 11:00, look for our colleagues there. If you let us know in advance by e-mail that you will arrive later, we would be very grateful: email@example.com
I arrive with a luggage, can I store it somewhere during the conference?
If you arrive with a suitcase or luggage, let our colleagues know at registration, who will handle the safe placement of the luggage.
Will there be interpretation at the conference?
No, the working language of the conference in English.
Will the speakers’ presentations be available after the conference?
Yes, you will find them on our website.
